Stroke Rehabilitation Research

Establishing Collaborations and Priorities in Clinical and Translational Stroke Rehabilitation Research

The objective of this satellite is to establish national & international networks and priorities for stroke rehabilitation research.

It is aimed at experienced stroke clinicians and researchers including basic scientists and has the following goals:

Identifying current high priority directions of stroke rehabilitation research
Identifying priorities for near future research in stroke rehabilitation and recovery
Developing networks and collaborations in stroke rehabilitation research to facilitate priorities and coordination of research programs
Facilitate processes that help define/achieve consensus around standards and measures in stroke rehabilitation and recovery research
Facilitate communication and planning between basic science researchers and clinical researchers
