Credit card payments will be the only form of payment accepted for Congress registration.

 

Cancellation Policy

REGISTRATION:

All cancellations must be provided to the Congress Secretariat in writing. For cancellations prior to 14 April 2012, a full refund will be given (less a AU$150 processing fee). After this date no refund will be given, however a substitute delegate may be nominated. Cancellation of hotel bookings should also be made through the Conference Secretariat. 

ACCOMMODATION:
There is no guarantee that cancellations will receive a full refund as hotels reserve the right to charge a fee equal to 1 night's accommodation or the full duration of the stay on any rooms cancelled.
