Oral Presenter Presentations
The Speakers’ Preparation room will be open from 0700 on Wednesday 16 May until 1500 on Saturday 19 May. All presenters must check-in at the Speakers’ Preparation room at least 1.5 hours prior to the start of their session time. Presentations must be brought on either USB memory stick or CD.
If you are presenting in a breakfast session, we recommend you visit the speaker preparation room the evening before.
Please note, the computers used at the Convention Centre are PC's, not Macs.
Alternatively, if you wish to upload your presentation prior to arriving at the conference, you can do so by visiting the following link:

Abstract Publication
All abstracts will be published in the Journal for Neurorehabilitation and Neurorepair, June 2012 issue. If you object to having your abstract published, please advise the Congress Secretariat immediately, by email. If we do not hear from you, we will take this as confirmation of your consent to have your abstract published.
Due to the large number of abstracts received for this Congress, only oral abstracts will be printed in the Congress program handbook. Poster abstracts will be printed in the Journal and will be available for download in pdf format after the Congress.
Abstract modifications are no longer being accepted.
Poster Presentation Timings
Posters are to be in place by 10.30am on Thursday 17th May 2012 and will be displayed for the duration of the conference. We suggest you stay around your posters during the catering breaks to answer any questions other delegates may have about your posters.
Posters can be set up during the following times:
Wednesday 16th May 2012 1500 - 1800 hours
Thursday 17th May 2012 0700 – 1000 hours
Posters can be removed on the last day of the Congress (Saturday 19th May 2012) after 1530 hours.

Please note that there are no storage options for poster tubing, it is up to presenters to arrange this.
Adhesives and velcro will be supplied to delegates to affix posters.
Poster Measurements
Posters should measure 1.0m wide and 1.5m high. Note - this is the maximum size. You are welcome to make your poster smaller than this, if you wish.
