ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION
Accommodation bookings should be made with the Secretariat before 13 April 2012, as hotels will release group bookings after this date.
HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICIES

Cancellation Fees for individual reservation: Applicable within 30 days before the first day of arrival (14th April) – whereby night’s room rate will be charged for any room cancelled for each night for which that room was reserved within this period. |

Any rooms cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival will incur one night’s accommodation charge. Cancellation charges will be applied to the applicable credit card provided as original guarantee of the booking. Upon arrival, a payment or guarantee for accommodation is required in full, together with a guarantee of $100.00 per day for any incidental costs. |

Any cancellation of rooms will result in the client forfeiting all prepayments & the credit card number used to guarantee remaining nights being charged 100% cancellation fee |
** IMPORTANT **
Cancellations and changes should be made through the Secretariat only. There is no guarantee that cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date will receive a full refund as hotels reserve the right to charge a fee equal to 1 night’s accommodation or the full duration of the stay on any rooms cancelled within 30 days of the accommodation arrival date.
