Block bookings at special rates have been secured at the following hotels. To secure the special rate, accommodation bookings must be made through the Secretariat via the conference website.

Please note: Accommodation blocks will be released one month prior to the conference (22 October 2014). Bookings made after this date will be subject to availability.

*Please note, to avoid cancellation fees/charges any cancellations/changes to the accommodation booking must be made prior to 6pm two (2) days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Failure to do so will result in 100% cancellation fee for all cancelled room nights.

Superior Room - AUD 179 per night (room only, breakfast can be added upon check in for AUD 16 per person)
Rate is for two people, a third person can be added at $50 (room only)

How to Book
Please book your accommodation through the Secretariat via the conference website to obtain these rates. A credit card number is required to secure your booking. Delegates will settle the balance of their accounts on departure. If sharing a room with another delegate (other than a partner) please state their name on the registration form.

Please note that accommodation bookings are based on availability. Cancellations and changes should be made through the Secretariat only. 

Accommodation Cancellation Policy
There is no guarantee that cancellations will receive a full refund as the hotel reserves the right to charge a fee equal to one (1) night’s accommodation or the full duration of the stay on any rooms cancelled. Accommodation cancellations must be made through the Conference Secretariat.
