Dear Friends & Colleagues,

We are so very excited to welcome you to the beautiful coastal town of Noosa for the 2026 NSW State Section Meeting. The destination of Noosa has much to offer, from the iconic bustling eateries and boutiques of Hastings Street, family friendly beaches and amazing surf breaks, Noosaville with its riverfront cafés and the surrounding natural beauty of the hinterland (and the famed Eumundi markets) and the national park.  

We hope to evoke memories of meetings of bygone years, with relaxed, family-oriented accommodation and networking activities to enable meeting new faces and building upon relationships with those with whom we are already familiar.

We have an exciting practical and fun scientific program for the clinical Urologist showcasing local talents, with some incredibly experienced and skilled surgeons to impart their wisdoms, in particular focusing upon practical approaches to the everyday and the unexpected in the world of Urology.

• ANZAUS Chair A/Prof Troy Gianduzzo will give insights on MBS item numbers and also tips and tricks on the learning curve for Robotic retzius sparing prostatectomy
• Update on data collection and Patient Reported Outcomes from the Prostate Cancer Outcomes Registry (PCOR) NSW with A/Prof David Smith
• Presentations on the Microport Toumei robot and how it compares to Da Vinci
• Registrar presentations for the Chris Farrell prize and the new prize for the best unaccredited registrar presentation
• AI in Urology (scribing, receptionist and more!)
• And something about investment and finances with Progressive Wealth Advisory Consultant Drew Mowbray on what we should do with changes to negative gearing, capital gains tax and Family Trusts
