Invitation

Thank you for attending the USANZ NSW 2025 Section Meeting.

Dear Friends and Colleagues,

We are excited to extend this invitation to you to attend the USANZ NSW 2025 Section Meeting. It will be held at The Oaks, Cypress Lakes in the Hunter Valley from Thursday November 6 - Saturday November 8, 2025.

With the assistance of Scientific Convenor Dr Edward Latif, we are constructing an exciting Scientific and Social Programme with confirmed international and local guest speakers. Our first confirmed speaker is Dr Raj Nair, an advanced robotic oncological and reconstructive surgeon based in London, and we look forward to announcing more speakers soon. The Meeting will have something for everyone, and is themed around updates in technology and the influences of artificial intelligence on our practice now and in the future.

As always, the NSW section meeting allows you to connect on a different level with your colleagues as well as meet the new generation of Urologists in Training.

We are changing the format this year. The Conference Dinner will be held on the Friday evening, with some exciting changes to be announced in the upcoming weeks. The Saturday morning session will provide something different but essential for personal success. It will delve into non clinical areas including talks on self managed superannuation, share investing, property investing and development, essential insurances, legalities in practice structure, and more.

Delegates will then be able to arrange their own social activities in the Hunter Valley after the conference ends on Saturday afternoon, allowing time for delegates, families and friends to enjoy their weekend away. Conveniently located within an hour’s drive of Sydney and Newcastle, delegates will have the opportunity to enjoy the many offerings of the Hunter Valley. This not only includes access to the Hunter’s world famous wineries and pre-arranged tours, but also to activities including golf, tennis, hiking, horse-riding, hot air ballooning and helicopter tours.

We look forward to welcoming you to the Hunter Valley and invite you to participate in what will be an exceptional program with renowned invited international speakers and submitted papers from our fraternity.

Thank you, in advance, for your support of what should be an enjoyable and informative meeting.

Regards,

Dr Raymond Stanton and Dr Edward Latif
