Matthew Cooperberg graduated from Dartmouth College, where he finished summa cum laude with a major in English. He earned his MD and MPH degrees at Yale University, and completed residency in Urology and fellowship in Urologic Oncology at UCSF. At the end of his training, Dr. Cooperberg joined the faculty at UCSF in 2009. He is Chief of Urology at the San Francisco VA Medical Center, and he maintains busy clinical practices both there and at the UCSF Helen Diller Family Comprehensive Cancer Center, where he is the Urology co-Leader of the Prostate Program. He also holds a secondary appointment in the Department of Epidemiology & Biostatistics.
He is actively engaged in research approaching the challenges of prostate cancer from many interrelated perspectives, from molecular analyses to health system-wide research. He has written or contributed to over 550 research articles addressing health services, outcomes, risk stratification, comparative effectiveness, biomarkers, and other domains. Early in 2013 Dr. Cooperberg co-authored a proposal for a national urology registry which served as the basis for the AUA Quality (AQUA) Registry and served as Senior Physician Advisor over the first decade of the project. In 2015 he won the AUA Gold Cystoscope, awarded to one urologist annually based on impact to the field in the first ten years after training. He has served as Principal Investigator on major grants from National Cancer Institute, Department of Defense, and Centers for Disease Control.
He lives in San Francisco with his wife, Jacqueline Dolev (a dermatologist and fellow Yale Medical School alum), where they work primarily to keep up with their children, Jake (16) and Sarah (almost 12).

Rajesh Nair, FRCS (Urol.), FEBU, MSc. (Urol) is a Consultant Urological Surgeon appointed in 2017 at Guy’s and St. Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust. He has a sub-special interest in open, laparoscopic and robot assisted surgery with a particular focus in uro-oncology (bladder, kidney, prostate and testis cancer) and reconstructive urological surgery.
Mr. Nair is a U.K trained urological surgeon who completed his higher specialist training in London where he was awarded the FRCS (Urol.) and FEBU. He has completed three advanced fellowship training programmes in robotics, uro-oncology and reconstructive urology at St. George’s Hospital, Guy’s Hospital, London and the Royal Melbourne Hospital and Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre in Melbourne, Australia.
Whilst Mr. Nair cares for patients with all urological malignancies, he has specific expertise in the investigation of bladder, kidney and upper tract urothelial cancer and performs a range of diagnostic and surgical treatments for these conditions. He also has a specific interest in complex intraabdominal reconstruction in urology.
Mr. Nair has a strong academic interest and is committed to surgical education both locally and nationally. Through his active membership with a number of prominent urological and surgical associations he frequently invited to lecture, present, chair and participate in urological meetings nationally and internationally.

Dr Joe Chang is an experienced radiation oncologist at Icon Cancer Centre Wahroonga and Icon Cancer Centre Norwest. He also holds appointments at Liverpool and Campbelltown Hospitals. In 2005 Dr Chang completed his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) at the University of Otago and undertook specialist radiation oncology training at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre in Melbourne, Australia. In 2015 he also completed his PhD on functional and molecular imaging in prostate and head and neck cancer radiation therapy. Dr Chang subsequently undertook a one-year clinical fellowship in stereotactic ablative body radiotherapy (SABR) and intracranial stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) at the Sunnybrook Odette Cancer Centre in Toronto, Canada.
He enjoys a mixture of clinical work, contributing to leading national and international publications and conferences and attending regular multidisciplinary meetings with his colleagues and medical community. In addition to his role at Icon, Dr Chang chairs the Sydney SABR Consortium and Liverpool Hospital Central Nervous System Tumour Multidisciplinary Meeting. He is a member of several leading cancer trial groups and has been awarded a number of prizes for his clinical research including the ESTRO Young Scientist Award (2009), Elekta Award (2010), Varian Prizes (2010, 2012), and the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists (RANZCR) Bourne and Langlands Prize (2015).
Dr Chang can converse in English and Mandarin, and looks forward to supporting patients in a language they are familiar with. His clinical experience covers a broad range of malignancies with a special interest in genitourinary cancer, brain and spinal (CNS) cancer, lung cancer, skin cancer, sarcoma and stereotactic radiation therapy.

Dr Amanda Chung is a urological surgeon with subspecialty interests and qualifications in urogenital reconstructive surgery and functional urology, caring for patients at Royal North Shore, North Shore Private, Macquarie University, Sydney Adventist and Northern Beaches Hospitals.
She completed her medical degree (BSc (Med) / MBBS) at the University of New South Wales in 2007, Master of Surgery (MS) at the University of Sydney in 2012 and became a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 2016. Furthermore, she completed a Fellowship of the Society of Genitourinary Reconstructive Surgeons (Eastern Virginia Medical School, Norfolk VA, USA) in 2017.
She combines her clinical work with research and teaching and was awarded Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) by The University of Sydney for her thesis “Detrusor ultrastructural studies in lower urinary tract dysfunction” in 2022. She is Fellowship Director of the North Shore Reconstructive and Functional Urology Fellowship, Founder and Chair of the North Shore Urology Research Group, Clinical Senior Lecturer at Macquarie University and serves on the Editorial Boards of ANZ Journal of Surgery and SIU Journal.
Dr Chung has authored over 60 peer reviewed publications and is credited with multiple presentations in national and international conferences such as AUA, EAU and SIU.

Dr David Eisinger completed Urological training as the Gordon Craig Fellow at RPA (1986). He has spent much of his career in private practice and at RPA but since 2019 he has worked as a full time Staff Specialist in Urology at RPA and is the Head of Department. His major interests are Urological oncology, pelvic and abdominal anatomy in which he has taught at Sydney University, and complex urinary tract problems including fistula and pelvic exenteration.

Alice Grant completed SET Urology training in New South Wales, Australia in 2024, followed by a Genito-Urinary Reconstructive Fellowship under Dr Kurt McCammon in Virginia, United States (2024–2025). During this time, she also undertook three additional observerships in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery at UTSW Dallas, Houston Methodist, and the Cleveland Clinic. Alice plans to commence both public and private practice in Sydney towards the end of 2025.

A/Prof Bao Ho is an experienced dual-qualified radiologist and nuclear medicine PET specialist, working in the theranostics and nuclear medicine department at the St Vincent’s Hospital and I-MED Radiology at the Mater Hospital Sydney. He is an integral member of the multidisciplinary team at the Kinghorn Cancer Centre, and works closely in collaboration with the Garvan Institute and the Universities of Notre Dame and NSW. A/Prof Ho has subspecialty interests in advanced MRI and PET oncological imaging, prostate, uroradiology, and head and neck cancer research, and has contributed to multiple published research papers in prostate imaging, with the most impactful recent studies in the Primary Trial with Professor Louise Emmett.

Dr Jason Kaplan is a cardiac imaging specialist who studied Medicine at UNSW and graduated with Honours in 1999, completing his Internal Medicine Training at St George and Prince of Wales hospitals and Adult Cardiology training at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital.
Dr Kaplan has done additional training in all aspects of echocardiography at international centres including the Mayo Clinic and has been involved in training echo sonographers for the last 10 years.

Prof Fiona Maclean holds the position of Clinical Professor in the Department of Clinical Medicine, Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Macquarie University. She has authored more than 100 peer reviewed papers, as well as chapters of textbooks. She is passionate about teaching pathology and enjoys presenting lectures to people from all walks of life. Prof Maclean is a Past President of the Australasian Division of the International Academy of Pathology (IAP). She has special interests in urogenital and musculoskeletal pathology in particular. Dr Anu commenced her surgical career with five years of general surgical training, including three years under the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons General Surgical Training Programme. She subsequently specialised in Urology training in New South Wales, earning her Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS) in Urology in 2017. In 2019, Dr Anu returned to Sydney to take up a consultant position at St George Public Hospital. She is actively involved with the St George Clinical School and serves as a conjoint lecturer for the University of New South Wales. Dr Anu is a dedicated surgical lecturer, tutor, and interviewer for the selection of surgical trainees. Committed to training the next generation of urologists, she serves as the Supervisor of Training for urology registrars at St George Hospital.

An invited member of the New Techniques and Technology Committee for TROG - Australia's leading Radiation Oncology Cancer Research Group, Dr Teh is also a member of ANZUP Clinical Trials Group and currently leads Sydney Adventist Hospital in the DASL-HiCaP and ENZARAD prostate cancer trials. Dr Teh serves on the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists' (RANZCR) Artificial Intelligence Committee and is a member of the Radiation Oncology Alliance Adaptive Working Party. Dr Teh has published and presented internationally on the management of prostate cancer, particularly in the use of brachytherapy, helical tomotherapy, PSMA scanning, spacer hydrogel technology, and adaptive radiotherapy and the use of AI. Dr Teh has been awarded on two occasions 'Excellence in Teaching' by the University of Sydney and is currently Clinical Senior Lecturer at the Australian National University and has also served as a RANZCR examiner in the specialist training program for Radiation Oncologists. Dr Teh was part of a volunteer oncology team to the Solomon Islands.
