 Registration Inclusions 

Registration for full registrants includes entry into all scientific sessions, access to the Meeting app, attendance e-certificate, morning, afternoon teas and lunches on each day of the Meeting, one ticket for the Welcome Reception on Thursday 6 November and the Meeting Gala Dinner on Friday 7 November 2025.

Payment
Delegates are urged to pay via credit card at the time of registration.

  • Payment by credit card – Secure payment can be made online during the registration submission page (MasterCard or Visa accepted)
  • Payment by EFT – Please quote your invoice/client number when paying by EFT. EFT details can be found on your invoice.

Cancellation Policy

Registration
If notification of cancellation is made in writing to the Secretariat prior to Friday 3 October 2025, a full refund will be given (less a AU$175 processing fee). After this date no refund will be given, however a substitute delegate may be accepted. Refunds for registration ads-ons (workshops, dinners etc) will be given at the discretion of the Meeting Secretariat. Cancellation of hotel bookings should also be made through the Meeting Secretariat.

All delegates are strongly advised to take out insurance cover for their registration, travel and accommodation in the unlikely event of non-attendance or Meeting cancellation.

Accommodation
The cancellation fees for accommodation are different for each hotel, please click here, for a list of individual cancellation policies. Cancellations and changes should be made through the Meeting Secretariat only.

Photography
There will be photographs taken throughout the Meeting and at the social events. These may be used for promotional activities, including the USANZ NSW website and on social media. If you do not want your photograph taken, or used, please notify the photographer onsite at your earliest convenience.

Liability / Insurance
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Neither USANZ NSW nor DCC&A will accept liability for, but not limited to:

  • Damages of any nature (including financial) sustained by participants, or loss or damage to their personal property in the event of industrial disruptions or natural disasters, loss;
  • Loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the Meeting or through cancellation of the Meeting;
  • Loss of international/domestic air fares or accommodation through cancellation for any reason;
  • Medical Expenses.

Insurance is the responsibility of the individual delegate and should be purchased in your country of origin.

Delegates are strongly recommended to take out a suitable travel insurance policy including coverage for non-refundable registration fees when you register for the meeting and book your travel. 

Registrations from Commercial Entities 
Delegate registrations will only be accepted from commercial companies if that company has secured a sponsorship or exhibition package to support the meeting.

Please contact the Meeting Organiser to discuss your options if you haven’t already secured a package.

CPD

Participants are encouraged to self-report their participation, claiming total hours rounded up (e.g. 18 hours and 20 minutes, would be claimed at 19 hours of CPD). 

CPD requirement of CAPE (cultural safety, addressing health inequities, professionalism and ethical practice). 

To meet these requirements, if an activity such as the conference contains a session or plenary which relates to cultural safety, health advocacy, or professionalism then participants are encouraged to select those competencies when adding the activity to their record. This will help them meet their overall requirements faster.
