• Mercure Hotel Orange - adjacent to the Meeting venue at 94 Byng St, Orange NSW 2800
• Best Western Plus Ambassador Orange Hotel - a 5 minute drive to the Meeting venue 174 Bathurst Rd, Orange NSW 2800
• BNB Made Easy - various places in Orange
• Quest Orange - 10 minut walk to the Meeting venue and located in the heart of the CBD of Orange

To secure your rooms at Mercure or Best Western please book these through the USANZ NSW Section Meeting 2024 Secretariat via the online registration form. When completing the online registration form, a credit card number is required to secure your booking. Please read the hotel terms and conditions carefully regarding payment.

For BNB Made Easy please use this link to book once you have finalised your registration.  For these venues you are entitled to a discount code USANZ10 which will be required to be entered upon booking.

Available Hotels and Venues

Mercure Hotel Orange is located adjacent to the Meeting venue at 94 Byng St, Orange NSW 2800.

• Full payment must be made no later than close of buisness on the day of arrival, prior to check in of any guest
• No refunds will be provided to any room cancellations ocurring within 4 days prior to the arrival date.

Best Western Plus Orange is a 5 minute drive from the Meeting venue at 174 Bathurst Rd, Orange NSW 2800

• At time of booking: 1 night's deposit will be payable
• Seven (7) days prior to arrival: Final Payment to be received for entire stay.

Cancellation Policy 

Please read the terms and conditions and the cancellation policy of the venues prior to making a booking. All cancellations and changes should be made through the USANZ NSW Section Meeting Secretariat ONLY. 

Unauthorised Accommodation 

Please be vigilant if approached by any company or service other than USANZ NSW Section Meeting 2024 or DCCAM that implies or claims to be an official accommodation provider of USANZ NSW Section Meeting 2024. There will be other companies or travel agencies that may be aggressively pursue you, or your company, to book your guest rooms through their company at supposedly significant discounts. 

Reservations made through these “private” agencies or companies will be at your own risk. If you are contacted by one of these pirate companies, please notify the USANZ NSW Section Meeting 2024 Secretariat immediately at usanznsw@dccam.com.au.
