Cancellations and changes should be made through the SSA 2024 Conference Secretariat only. There is no guarantee that cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date will receive a full refund as hotels reserve the right to charge a fee equal to one (1) night's accommodation or the full duration of the stay on any rooms cancelled within 30 days of the accommodation arrival date.

Please be vigilant if approached by any company or service other than SSA 2023 or DCC&A that implies or claims to be an official accommodation provider of SSA 2024. We have been made aware of other companies or travel agencies that may be aggressively pursuing you, or your company, to book your guest rooms through their company at supposedly significant discounts. Reservations made through these agencies or companies will be at your own risk. If you are contacted by one of these pirate companies, please notify the SSA 2024 Conference Secretariat immediately at ssaasm@dccam.com.au
