* Please note - Non-Member representatives of Medical Device Companies are only able to attend the Conference in a non-sales capacity as they are attending as a delegate and not an exhibitor. This includes, but not limited to distributing promotional material, showcasing products and services on laptops, giving away promotional material, and/or taking delegates away from the conference floor during the conference.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Registration
If notification of cancellation is made in writing to the Secretariat prior to Friday, 1 March 2019, a full refund will be given (less a AU$150 processing fee). After this date no refund will be given, however a substitute delegate may be accepted.
Accommodation
There is no guarantee that cancellations will receive a refund as hotels reserve the right to charge a fee equal to 1 night's accommodation or the full duration of the stay on any rooms cancelled. Please see Accommodation page for hotel cancellation details.
LETTER OF INVITATION
Please note that our policy is to only isssue a letter of invitation to an international delegate once registration and full payment has been received. A letter of invitation from the conference does not guarantee entry into Australia. Please email ssa2019@dccam.com.au to request a letter of invitation after your registration and payment has been submitted.
