Registration Inclusions
- Registration for full registrants includes entry into all scientific sessions, the conference satchel, program and abstract book, morning & afternoon teas, lunches on each day of the conference, the Welcome Reception on Friday 19 April 2013 and the Gala Dinner on Saturday 20 April 2013
- Day registration includes entry into all scientific sessions for that day, the conference satchel, program and abstract book, morning and afternoon tea and lunch on the day of registration
Payment
Payment by credit card upon registration is the preferred method of payment. Payment can also be made by personal cheque or bank draft in Australian dollars only. Cheques should be made payable to the SSA Conference. Payment can also be made by Direct Transfer, please quote delegate’s surname when transferring funds electronically.

Cancellation Policy
REGISTRATION:
If notification of cancellation is made in writing to the Secretariat prior to 1 March 2013, a full refund will be given (less a AU$150 processing fee). After this date no refund will be given, however a substitute delegate may be accepted.
ACCOMMODATION: There is no guarantee that cancellations will receive a full refund as hotels reserve the right to charge a fee equal to 1 night's accommodation or the full duration of the stay on any rooms cancelled.
