Registration:
If notification of cancellation is made in writing to the Secretariat prior to 7 May 2018, a full refund will be given (less a $175 processing fee). After this date no refund will be given, however a substitute delegate may be accepted. Refunds for registration add-ons (workshops, dinners etc) will be given at the discretion of the Conference Secretariat.
Accommodation:
Cancellations and changes should be made through the Rehabilitation Snapshots Conference Secretariat only.
There is no guarantee that cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date will receive a full refund as hotels reserve the right to charge a fee equal to one (1) night's accommodation or the full duration of the stay on any rooms cancelled within 30 days of the accommodation arrival date. All guaranteed rooms cancelled at or within 14 days prior to arrival may incur 100% cancellation fee, this being the number or room nights cancelled times the accommodation rate.
