Ultrasound for Rehab Physicians: Common Musculoskeletal Presentations
This workshop will present a range of common musculoskeletal problems frequently seen by Rehabilitation Physicians.
Typical presentations will be evaluated by discussion and demonstration of clinical examination techniques combined with ultrasound examination, leading to useful interventions by ultrasound assisted injection procedures.
Shoulder and hip problems will be emphasised but other cases will include wrist, knee, foot and elbow presentations if time permits.
The clinical discussions will be led by members of the Pain SIG and the ultrasound demonstrations will be conducted by Radiologist, Dr George Koulouris with support from Fujifilm-Sonosite staff and equipment.
