Cancellation Policy for Registration
If notification of cancellation is made in writing to the Conference Secretariat, prior to Friday 20 September 2019, a full refund will be provided (less $175 processing fee). No refund will be given after this date, although a substitute delegate will be accepted.

Cancellation of hotel bookings should be made through the Conference Secretariat in writing. Please check the cancellation fee carefully as each hotel will have different cancellation policy.
