To download the app please search The Event App by EventsAir in your smartphone or tablet app store. Once The Event App is opened, please type nsanz2023 into the search by event name bar. The PIN has been emailed to you. If you do not know the PIN please contact the Conference Secretariat, or see the registration desk for assistance.

Name Badges
All delegates are provided with a name badge on their initial check-in to the conference. Delegates are required to wear their name badges for the entire conference; they are your official pass to sessions and meal breaks.

Conference Program
The conference program is available in the Conference App. Simply go back to the home screen, and tap the 'Program' module. Tapping the star icon on a session will add it to your 'My Program' module.
Social Program
The Welcome Reception will be held in Ballroom 1 & 2 on Friday 11 August, from 5.30pm - to 7.00pm and is included for all delegates and sponsoring company representatives. We look forward to seeing you there.
Tickets for Conference Dinner, being held on Saturday evening, are still available. Please contact the Conference Secretariat to purchase a ticket if you have not done so already. Further information on both events, can be found here.

Getting Around Brisbane
Brisbane has an extensive public transport system of buses, trains and ferries. To use the network, it’s recommended that you purchase a TransLink Go Card. You can also purchase pre-paid paper tickets at stations and fare machines before boarding a bus, train or ferry service.
Brisbane’s rail network is a great way to visit attractions across the city and reach the surrounding suburbs. Use the Journey Planner tool to map your route.

Dietary Requirements
If you have not already done so, please advise the Conference Secretariat of any specific dietary requirements and/or food allergies. If you have advised of a special dietary request, please make yourself known to banqueting staff at Sofitel Brisbane Central in order to collect your special meal. Vegetarians will be catered for within the standard catering package.
If you have booked your accommodation through the Conference Secretariat your reservation has been confirmed with the hotel. Any amendments to bookings must be sent via the Conference Secretariat. Speaker Preparation
The Speaker Preparation Room is located in Bastille 2. The team will be available from 7.00am on Saturday 12 August until 3.00pm on Sunday 13 August. All presenters must visit Speaker Preparation at least 2 hours prior to the start of their session time.
Presentations must be brought on either USB or memory stick. Speakers wishing to use their own laptop for their presentation are still required to visit Speaker Preparation.
Poster Display
The poster display will be located within the Exhibition Hall, Ballroom 1 & 2, Sofitel Brisbane Central.
Posters are to be in-place by 10.45 am on Saturday 12 August 2023 and will be displayed for the duration of the conference. Posters must be printed in A0 portrait (1,189mm high x 841mm wide). Presenters are required to bring their own hook-and-loop velcro for attachment to the board (double sided tape or blu tac are not suitable).
Digital versions of the posters are included in the NSANZ 2023 conference app, alongside a copy of the poster authors abstract.
CPD Points/Certificates of Attendance
All delegates attending the Cadaver Workshop and/or NSANZ 2023 will receive an e-certificate of attendance. The certificates will be emailed to all delegates shortly after the conference; no hard copies will be available. Please contact the Conference Secretariat if you need to update your email address.
The attendance certificate will note the number of educational hours completed. You will need this certificate to apply for CPD accreditation points through your chosen college. We recommend delegates self-record as colleges differ on their professional development point systems.
Conference Feedback
You will be emailed a link to the evaluation at the conclusion of the conference; your participation would be appreciated. Feedback is important to ensure changes and improvements are made to future conferences.
Delegates who complete the evaluation can go into the running to win a complimentary registration to the 2024 Neuromodulation Society of Australia and New Zealand 17th Annual Scientific Meeting.
