On behalf of the Neuromodulation Society of Australia and New Zealand (NSANZ), I extend a warm invitation to doctors and allied health members to join us as at the 2018 Neuromodulation Society of Australia and New Zealand 13th Annual Scientific Meeting, 7 – 8 April 2018, being held at the International Convention Centre, Sydney.
The meeting program will be led by a number of esteemed international and national guest speakers including Professor Julie Pilitsis from Albany Medical College, Albany, New York, USA and Professor Frank Huygen from the University Hospital Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Between them they have over 250 publications and have contributed significantly to neuromodulation. They bring expertise in both spinal cord, dorsal root ganglion, peripheral nerve and deep brain stimulation as well as advanced management of complex regional pain syndrome and evidence based medicine. The theme for this year's meeting is Neuromodulation - Delivering on Patient Outcomes and we look forward to welcoming you to this successful, world–class gathering.
Further to this, I am excited to confirm a Cadaver Pre-Conference Workshop will be held on Friday 6 April. The program will include theoretical and practical sessions and is specifically designed to serve both pain physicians and surgeons starting out in neurostimulation as well as the more experienced clinicians.
