How to Book
The hotel will not take your booking at the conference rate if you book with them directly.
Please book your accommodation through the Conference Secretariat when you register online to obtain these rates. A credit card number is required to secure your booking. Delegates will settle the balance of their accounts on departure. If sharing a room with another delegate (other than a partner) please state their name on the registration form.
Accommodation bookings should be made with the Secretariat before 30 August 2017, as the hotel will release group bookings after this date.
Cancellation of Accommodation
There is no guarantee that cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date will receive a full refund as the Mantra on View Hotel reserves the right to charge a fee equal to 1 nights accommodation or the full duration of the stay on any rooms cancelled within 30 days of the accommodation arrival date.
