How to book
Please book your accommodation through the Secretariat via the conference website to obtain these rates. A credit card number is required to secure your booking. Delegates will settle the balance of their accounts on departure. If sharing a room with another delegate (other than a partner) please state their name on the registration form. 
Accommodation bookings should be made with the Secretariat before 4 October 2016, as hotels will release group bookings after this date.

Cancellation of Accommodation
There is no guarantee that cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date will receive a full refund as the Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley, reserves the right to charge a fee equal to 1 nights accommodation or the full duration of the stay on any rooms cancelled within 30 days of the accommodation arrival date.
