Cancellation Policy for Registration 
If notification of cancellation is made in writing to the Conference Secretariat, prior to 2 October 2013, a full refund will be provided (less $150 processing fee). No refund will be given after this date, although a substitute delegate will be accepted. 

Refunds are not available for the conference dinner at Rockpool Bar & Grill.

Cancellation of Accommodation

There is no guarantee that cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date will receive a full refund as the Sofitel Wentworth Hotel, Sydney reserves the right to charge a fee equal to 1 nights accommodation or the full duration of the stay on any rooms cancelled within 30 days of the accommodation arrival date.
