** Student Registrations are only available for full time students. Eligibility for a Developing Country Registration is determined by the the Australian Minister for Foreign Affairs. To establish if you are eligible for this registration rate, please click here. 

*** Concession Day registrations are available to carers, students and delegates from developing countries who wish to only attend one day of the conference.

Registration Inclusions

Registration for full registrants includes:

• Access to all conference sessions with catering provided
• Welcome Reception (Tuesday, 25 June 2019)
• Poster Networking Session and reception (Wednesday, 26 June 2019)
• Delegate materials including abstracts
• Attendance e-certificate

Registration inclusions for day passes:

• Access to all conference sessions on the selected day with catering provided (excludes the Welcome Reception)
• Attendance e-certificate

Please note day passes do not include a Welcome Reception ticket. Should you wish to attend the Welcome Reception on a day registration pass you will need to purchase a ticket during the registration process.

 Social Program

• The Welcome Reception and Poster Viewing Reception are included for all full delegate registrations.
• The Conference Dinner is an additional cost and you can purchase tickets during the registration process for an additional AUD$110.00 per ticket.

Payment

• Payment by credit card - Secure payment can be made online during the registration submission page (MasterCard or Visa accepted) 
• Payment by EFT - Please quote your invoice/client number when paying by EFT.

Invoice payable within 14 days.
For EFT payments please email remittance advice to isei2019@dccam.com.au once payment has been processed.

Cancellation Policy

Registration
If notification of cancellation is made in writing to the Secretariat prior to Friday 10 May 2019, a full refund will be given (less a AUD$150 processing fee). After this date no refund will be given, however a substitute delegate may be accepted. Refunds for registration ads-ons (dinners etc) will be given at the discretion of the Conference Secretariat.

Accommodation
The cancellation fees for accommodation are different for each hotel, please visit www.dccam.com.au/isei2019/accommodation for a list of individual cancellation policies. Cancellations and changes should be made through the ISEI 2019 Conference Secretariat only.

Photography
There will be photographs taken throughout the conference and at the social events. These may be used for promotional activities, including the ISEI 2019 website and on social media. If you do not want your photograph taken, or used, please notify the photographer onsite at your earliest convenience.
