Accommodation

A block booking at a special rate has been secured with Cypress Lakes Resort, 10 - 14 March 2014. Accommodation bookings should be made through the Secretariat via the conference website to obtain the reduced rate.

A credit card number is required to secure your booking. Delegates will settle the balance of their accounts on departure. 

*Please note that if you are sharing accommodation the booking must only be made once with the additional names entered at time of registration. Please do not book accommodation under each seperate name. 

*Please note that there are limited rooms available at the reduced rate on Friday 14 March 2014.  The accommodation rates will increase after Friday 14 March 2014 and will be calculated upon departure.

* If you would like to be put in touch with other delegates regarding share accommodation, please contact the Conference Secretariat.

* All accommodation changes are subject to availability.

One, two and three bedroom villas come with King/Single beds, please select your required bedding configuration when registering online.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy
There is no guarantee that cancellations will receive a full refund as the hotel reserves the right to charge a fee equal to one (01) night’s accommodation or the full duration of the stay on any rooms cancelled. Accommodation cancellations must be made through the Conference Secretariat.
