Airport Transfers

Why not take the fuss out of organising transport and book an airport transfer?

Return transfers will be available from both Sydney and Newcastle airports and you can secure a one way or a return journey booking.

*Please note that transfers are subject to minimum numbers.

When booking flights, please ensure that you allow adequate time for travel delays.

For those travelling from Cypress Lakes Resort to Sydney airport on Friday 14 March it is suggested that you allow at least three hours total travel time before your scheduled flight check in time to allow for potential traffic/road works.

Assembly Location at Sydney Airport
Please make your way to T3 and meet at the Gloria Jeans Coffee Shop on the arrivals level (just near the baggage carousel).

The Rover Coaches driver will have an ‘AusACPDM’ sign, please make your way over and get your name marked off.

Please ensure that you are at the designated meeting place 20 minutes before the transfer departure time e.g. if you are booked on a 10am transfer you must be at the meeting point at 9.40am.

Please note that transfers will leave at the designated times, if you are not at the assembly point at the scheduled time you will need to make your own travel arrangements.

Newcastle
Thank you for booking a Newcastle airport to Cypress Lakes Resort and or Cypress Lakes Resort to Newcastle airport transfer for the upcoming AusACPDM 2014 conference.
