Welcome Reception

Join us for a first look at the exhibition hall and a chance to catch up with colleagues and delegates you haven't seen since 2017!

The Welcome Reception will include drinks, canapes and an exciting tour of a couple of Sydney's local craft breweries! On tap will be Batch Brewing Co (Marrickville) and Wayward Brewing Co (Camperdown) whose quirky staff will be on hand to offer a truly unique experience offering a range of freshly tapped draught beers. Get along to the beer stations and get involved in some fun games whilst enjoying a glass of locally brewed liquid gold!

Social Activity

Relax in the Garden Bar at the Shelbourne Hotel, a short stroll from ICC Sydney and Park Royal Darling Harbour for a complimentary beer or wine at the end of the first day of conference. Why not stay on and enjoy a delicious pizza, classic 'Shelbourne Cheeseburger' for dinner or a $10 Espresso Martini, at this classic Sydney Institution

Tuesday 10 April

Local Run/Walk

Join the Local Organising Committee and start the morning off right with an early morning run or walk. Enjoy the sunrise over the city and wonderful views around Darling Harbour. Maps will be provided with opportunities to enjoy a 3 - 5 k walk or a 5 - 10 k run.

Gala Dinner

A short walk or light rail ride from ICC, Sydney. Darling Island Wharf, Doltone House is a spectacular waterfront venue housed in NSW’s first 6 star green star building. Enjoy drinks with views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and city skyline before heading inside for a delicious 3 course meal plus plenty of time for dancing and catching up with friends and colleagues. Always considered a highlight of the conference, don't miss out!!

Wednesday 11 April

Cockatoo Island Tour

On the final day of the conference, delegates are invited to enjoy a tour of Cockatoo Island, located in Sydney’s magnificent harbour. Delegates and their guests will be treated to return transfers by private boat, a guided tour of the island and light refreshments. Don’t miss the chance to experience a slice of Sydney’s history.  

Apart from a delightful afternoon on Sydney Harbour, this will enable you to view the extraordinary 21st International Biennale – not to be missed!
