Cancellations and changes should be made through the APS NZPS 2018 Conference Secretariat only.

Unauthorised Accommodation
Please be vigilant if approached by any company or service other than APS NZPS 2018 or DC Conferences that implies or claims to be an official accommodation provider of APS NZPS 2018. We have been made aware of other companies or travel agencies that may be aggressively pursuing you, or your company, to book your guest rooms through their company at supposedly significant discounts. Reservations made through these “pirate” agencies or companies will be at your own risk.

Alternate Accommodation Option - Billeting

Billet accommodation may be available for your stay in Sydney. If you are interested in billet accommodation or can offer billet accommodation, please complete the expression of interest form by clicking here.

Please note that upon completing this form you will not be contacted by the Conference Secretariat directly. Should there be others seeking or offering billet accommodation your details will be provided to the other party and they will contact you directly.

If you do not hear from anyone 30 days prior to the conference (by Wednesday 8 March 2018) then there is nothing available and you should make alternate accommodation arrangements.

Should you have already reserved an accommodation booking at one of the above conference hotels when completing your conference registration and billet accommodation becomes available, there are no guarantees that you will receive a refund for your reservation.
