Registration Inclusions

Full Registration - Registration for full registrants includes entry into all sessions, the conference satchel, program, morning and afternoon teas, lunches on each day of the conference, the Welcome Reception on Tuesday 11 November 2014 and electronic attendance certificate

Day Registration - Day registration includes entry into all scientific sessions for that day, the conference satchel, program, morning and afternoon tea and lunch on the day of registration, and electronic attendance certificate.



Payment by credit card (VISA or Mastercard only) on registration is the preferred method of payment. Payment can also be made by personal cheque or bank draft in Australian dollars only*. Cheques should be made payable to the APCS Conference 2014. Payment can also be made by Direct Transfer, please quote the invoice number when transferring funds electronically.

Cancellation Policy 

If notification of cancellation is made in writing to the Secretariat prior to 30 September 2014, a full refund will be given (less a AU$150 processing fee). After this date no refund will be given, however a substitute delegate may be accepted.

There is no guarantee that cancellations will receive a full refund as hotels reserve the right to charge a fee equal to 1 night's accommodation or the full duration of the stay on any rooms cancelled.


Letter of Invitation

Please note that our policy is to only isssue a letter of invitation to an international delegate once registration and full payment has been received.  A letter of invitation from the conference does not guarantee entry into Australia. Please email apcsc2014@dccam.com.au to request a letter of invitation after your registration and payment has been submitted.
