On behalf of the Conference Executive Committee and the Boards of Palliative Care Australia and Palliative Care ACT, I invite you to attend the 12th Australian Palliative Care Conference from Tuesday 3 – Friday 6 September 2013 in Canberra.
Palliative Care – everyone’s business will bring together over 700 delegates from across Australia and the world to explore the importance of palliative care in all its dimensions. Clinicians, researchers, volunteers, allied health practitioners, educators, carers and all those who have a passion for palliative care will share best practice, hear the latest research, be challenged by keynote speakers and build valuable networks.
There’s no better time to visit Canberra. 2013 marks the centenary of our national capital and there are many fantastic events and activities planned that you can experience. We’ll be celebrating it at the conference with our Centenary Gala Ball on Thursday 5 September in the Great Hall at Parliament House.
