Poster Number

Poster numbers will be allocated after the early bird deadline, 16^th September 2024. 

Hard Copy Poster guidelines

Posters are to be in-place by 10.30AM on Thursday, 28 November 2024, there is the opportunity to place posters during the welcome reception between 5 - 7pm on Wednesday 27th November. All posters will be displayed until the end of lunch on Friday, 29 November 2024 within the Exhibition Hall located in the Orion and Pleiades Room of the South Cross Ballroom of the Esplanade Hotel.

Hard copy posters should be printed in “AO Portrait” (1,189mm high x 841mm wide). 

Digital poster

Your poster will also be displayed electronically. Please send your single page PDF to the following email: anzscosasm@dccam.com.au          

Please format the name of your poster as follows: PosterNumber_Surname,First Initial_ANZSCoS24Digital Poster.

Your digital poster will be included in a resource gallery, accessible through the ANZSCoS 2024 Meeting app, alongside a copy of your abstract.

All digital poster files must be submitted by Friday 8 November 2024. Any submissions received after this deadline will not be confirmed. If you have any questions relating to your digital poster submission, please contact the Meeting Secretariat.

• Poster’s still need to be printed in AO Portrait.  To download the template please click here
• The main colour of your poster is up to you. Colours haven’t been allocated to a certain abstract type or theme
• QR Codes: If you choose to include one on your poster, a unique code can be made here

Registration

To ensure your poster can be displayed all successful poster submitters must be registered by the early bird registration deadline of Monday, 16^th September 2024. If your registration is not received by this date your poster will automatically be withdrawn.  

We ask that you register only following a personalised registration link that has been sent to all presenters. If you cant find please contact conference manager via anzscosasm@dccam.com.au.
