* Proof required - Student ID number and a letter from your head of department or equivalent must accompany your registration. Full time students, undergraduate or post-graduate are eligible.
Registration inclusions
- Registration for full registrants and full time students includes entry into all scientific sessions, the conference satchel, program and abstract book, morning and afternoon teas, lunches on each day of the conference, the Welcome Reception on Monday 1 September 2014 and electronic attendance certificate
- Day registration includes entry into all scientific sessions for that day, the conference satchel, program and abstract book, morning and afternoon tea and lunch on the day of registration, and electronic attendance certificate.
Payment
Payment by credit card (VISA or Mastercard only) on registration is the preferred method of payment. Payment can also be made by personal cheque or bank draft in Australian dollars only*. Cheques should be made payable to the ACNP Conference. Payment can also be made by Direct Transfer, please quote the invoice number when transferring funds electronically.

Cancellation Policy
REGISTRATION
If notification of cancellation is made in writing to the Secretariat prior to 30 July 2014, a full refund will be given (less a AU$150 processing fee). After this date no refund will be given, however a substitute delegate may be accepted.
ACCOMMODATION
There is no guarantee that cancellations will receive a full refund as hotels reserve the right to charge a fee equal to 1 night's accommodation or the full duration of the stay on any rooms cancelled.
Letter of Invitation
Please note that our policy is to only isssue a letter of invitation to an international delegate once registration and full payment has been received. A letter of invitation from the conference does not guarantee entry into Australia. Please email acnp2014@dccam.com.au to request a letter of invitation after your registration and payment has been submitted.
