Delegates will settle the balance of their account on departure from the hotel or apartment. If sharing a room with another delegate (other than a spouse) please state their name on the on-line registration form.

Accommodation bookings need be made with the ACNP Conference Secretariat before 23 August 2013, as hotels will release group bookings after this date.

Cancellations and changes should be made through the ACNP Conference Secretariat only. There is no guarantee that cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date will receive a full refund as the hotels and apartment reserve the right to charge a fee equal to one (01) night's accommodation or the full duration of the stay on any rooms cancelled within 30 days of the accommodation arrival date.
